Position Profile:
First we need to know what the position is. Please complete and email the profile form to us or provide us with your own job description and we will set up a time to meet briefly with you to go over the details.
Advertising:
We will take a good look at the position and the market to determine the best advertising options and to get the best bang for your advertising dollar. Not only are we set up as a high volume advertiser locally, we are also able to provide you with advertising at a local, provincial, federal or international level and can pass on the discount to you.
Resume Filters:
Our professionals sort and filter through all resumes and applications, narrowing down the candidates who are the best fit for your company and position.
The HS Rating:
Applicants that have made it through the Resume Filter are then telephone screened based on your critera. If all criteria is met in the telephone interview we will meet with the candidate in person. They are rated on first impression, professionalism, culture fit, and position skill set. Hire Standard will then put together a short list of candidates for you to meet.
Cutting the Mustard:
We’ve pre-screened the candidate, you’ve met and screened the candidate for yourself and now it’s time to make sure this person passes the final test. Let the Background Screening Begin!
